With 10+ years of solid experience, we are proud to be a global leader in the field of data management. With hundreds of satisfied clients (including Fortune 500 companies) from various industries, we are now growing further across different areas and looking to empower our newly created Revenue Operations team. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Salesforce Administrator to come in and streamline many of our key lead-to-cash-to-post sale processes.

Your challenge

  • Lead the post-sale SFDC implementation - from CPQ, Renewals, ERP integration, and revenue recognition.
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Consultant approach to all submitted business requirements and advising on scalable, technical solutions with UX top of mind.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Working with integrated applications including HubSpot, Dealhub.io (CPQ), NetSuite (ERP), Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (SalesOS and Chorus), 6Sense and Klue.
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders ranging from Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing.
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed for consistency of reporting.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • User support tickets.

Is this You?

  • 4+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
  • Proactive owner of your system - ownership of SFDC end-to-end.
  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales processes to effectively support the needs of the organization.
  • Curious, active learner who likes to take on challenges and learn new things.
  • Customer-obsessed with the desire to continuously improve things for both internal and external audiences.
  • Passionate, independent, proactive, and can-do personality. 
  • Very good communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to work across different functions and levels.
