As a Lead Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Ataccama's data observability offering. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for this critical area, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver a best-in-class solution.

Your Challenge

  • Define and champion the product vision: Develop a compelling vision for Ataccama's data observability solution, aligning with the overall company strategy and market needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis: Deeply understand the data observability landscape, including competitive offerings, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Develop the product roadmap: Define and prioritize features and functionalities that deliver value to customers and address key market challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design: Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful product development.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the product.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to launch and promote new features and functionalities.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the data observability space.
  • Manage a team of high performing product managers: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation to deliver exceptional product outcomes while supporting individual growth and career development of your employees. 

Is This You?

  • Industry experience: Experience in B2B and SaaS product companies is a must 
  • Proven experience: 5-7+ years of experience in product management ideally with a focus on data observability, data quality, data management, data movement, or related areas.
  • Technical proficiency: Understanding of data management concepts, data pipelines, and data quality principles.
  • Market knowledge: Familiarity with the data observability and/or data quality market, including key players, trends, and customer needs is a big advantage. 
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
  • Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer support etc. 
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Passion for data: A genuine passion for data and its potential to transform businesses.
