For our office in Prague, we are looking for a Office Manager who brings a wealth of experience in fostering smooth operations and managing all aspects of office administration with a smile on a face

Your Challenge

  • Manage Czech office spaces (in Prague and Brno) and ensure office operations are running smoothly
  • Ensure an excellent workplace experience and be the soul of the office, nurturing our Ataccama culture
  • Organize office operations to maintain efficient and effective services and space utilization; assist with facilitating space and resources for office events and activities
  • Communicate with building management, cleaning company, plant care, in-house and external maintenance, other office suppliers
  • Communicate on a daily basis with management and team leaders to ensure the needs of their teams are met, collect their feedback, and constantly improve the way your team works
  • Oversee office contract records - physical document storage
  • Be an active member of our Health and Safety committee and administer related policies and procedures
  • Arrange for various inspections etc., such as electric appliances, logos etc.In cooperation with our global office management and employer branding teams, help organize internal events for employees and external events (eg. support tech community events in our premises)
  • Oversee office administrative processes, review, evaluate and improve processes where needed
  • Bring new ideas, assess the current routines and suggest improvements where needed
  • Lead the Prague reception team of two, ensure their sustained high performance, provide guidance and mentoring and provide space for professional growth and ensure information flows toward the team
  • Cooperate with other Office Managers across ATA global offices 
  • Cooperate with various departments, mainly InternalCom & Emp.Eng., IT, Finance, Back Office and People & Culture

Is This You?

  • You have proven experience as a Office Manager. It's a big plus if you have experience leading your own team. You’re self-driven and naturally organized, and can keep others on track, too.
  • You’re not overwhelmed by having to work on several things at once—you can prioritize tasks and keep your (and your team’s) cool.
  • You can create a connection and strong partnership with management and leaders 
  • You are a fluent Czech (or Slovak) speaker but you also enjoy communication in English. You're fully able to take calls or exchange emails with our colleagues from all over the world.
  • You’re a people person and team player. You like to communicate/interact with people in the office and enjoy working in an international environment.
  • You have a positive attitude, a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and you aren’t afraid to go the extra mile.
  • You know your way around MS Office and Google drive, (spreadsheets, formatting, etc.).You’ve worked with some communication tools. We use mainly Slack, Zoom, and Gmail. 
  • You are ready to work full-time and from the office most of the time
  • You are ok to travel to our office in Brno occasionally
