Your Challenge
- Take ownership of our AI Agent and help to steer the direction development of new agents using latest trends
- Shape the direction of our AI products based on both GenAI and traditional ML approaches
- Collaborate on creating our internal AI platform enabling other teams to quickly and safely iterate and deliver their AI products to production
- Combine your passion for research with hands on delivery of features directly to production
Is This You?
- Strong background in AI and computer science, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and Large Language Models
- Experience with delivering agents to production is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable with taking ownership of end-to-end software engineering and operations.
- Proficient in modern Python

At Ataccama, our core values are Candid & Caring, so we are upfront about our process and details that are important to you. We sometimes use AI tools to help us with things like reviewing applications, taking notes from screening conversations, scheduling interviews, or supporting assessments. These tools make the process smoother and fairer — but don’t worry, they never make the final decision. Every hiring decision is made by our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, with AI only acting as a helpful assistant. We believe technology should support the process, not replace the human touch.
