Are you passionate about technology and seeking a role where you can contribute to top-notch IT solutions? Join us at Ataccama as a IT Support Engineer, where you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to ensure optimal performance of all IT equipment and infrastructure
  • Support both local and remote employees, ensuring efficient resolution of their IT issues
  • Serve as the primary contact for contractors and external suppliers, effectively communicating technical issues
  • Manage hardware and software assets, prepare workstations, set up user accounts, and assist with the onboarding of newcomers
  • Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems, including antivirus programs and office tools
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues as well as hardware and software faults
  • Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions to aid in future troubleshooting
  • Assist with server administration tasks for both Microsoft and Linux systems

Is this you?

  • Proficient in English with effective communication skills suitable for global collaboration
  • Experienced in managing and troubleshooting various computing platforms
  • Curious about technology, with a knack for dismantling and understanding computer components
  • Comfortable interacting with people and eager to solve problems
  • Analytical, with a strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Patient, helpful, and customer-focused, capable of tactful interaction with non-technical users
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux environments
  • Knowledge of endpoint hardware, including tablets, phones, and basic network/wifi configurations
  • Experience with Support ServiceDesk applications, Google Workspace Administration, and Microsoft Active Directory
