As Services Program Director, you are accountable for the successful delivery of our most strategic customers. Great Customer relationship management, a solid approach to project delivery, an ability to focus not just on technical deployment but also aligning that to delivering customer business outcomes and working in close collaboration with the Ataccama post sales teams will help accelerate customers adoption and expansion journey significantly.

The Services Program Director is a highly motivated customer focused leader that secures long-term customer relationships, drives adoption of our tools aligned to delivering customer business outcomes and supports key sales opportunities by selling the Ataccama services value proposition in a compelling way. You will be naturally curious and strive to understand our customer’s data management needs and be expert at aligning how Ataccama services can help achieve their goals.

Your challenge

  • Establish, grow and lead a new Services Program capability within the Ataccama Professional Services organization. Help build the right strategy and operating model and align to the broader services offerings to accelerate the customer journey.
  • Support new sales opportunities by delivering the Ataccama services value proposition in a compelling and aligned way working closely with Sales and Pre-Sales.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Services Delivery, Onboarding and Customer Success) to ensure the right scope that delivers on the Customers desired business and technical outcomes within their timescales.
  • Project manage large-scale enterprise implementations in the most customer-focused, risk-managed, and results-driven way.
  • Aim to exceed customer expectations and drive a relentless focus on how technical deployment helps achieve customer business outcomes.
  • Manage multiple large projects in parallel.
  • Standardize and evolve our professional services packaging and onboarding/delivery processes. Identify patterns and trends and work cross functionally to execute on opportunities to drive efficiency in delivering the best customer outcomes.
  • Create and evolve customer facing collateral used throughout the project management lifecycle. 
  • Revamp our project plans, status updates and arsenal of high quality, client ready project management assets.

Is this you?

  • You have 5+ years of work experience in customer-facing roles in post sales (Customer Success, Consulting, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Technical Project Management or Technical Account Management) ideally in the PaaS / SaaS environment.
  • Customer First mindset - great in front of customers, an excellent communicator and able to manage customer expectations well. You seek to understand customer requirements and what it takes to meet and exceed them and you have a good balance of gravitas and empathy.
  • You are an organizer at heart used to project managing multiple large-scale enterprise implementation projects in parallel in the most customer-focused, risk-managed and results-driven way.
  • You are collaborative and are very comfortable managing and coordinating different stakeholders both internally and externally. You work well aligning others in balancing different needs all in pursuit of delivering the best outcome.
  • You are a project management professional - you have some experience at delivering against various project management methodologies, Waterfall, Agile, SAFE, Lean, Kanban etc. You may have taken formal qualifications such as PRINCE 2, or Agile practitioner exams or have demonstrable hands on experience. You have a high level of proficiency around both the tools and ceremonies that  support these methodologies.
  • You are accountable and proactive - results driven and you take full ownership for making sure projects stay on track and are constantly looking for opportunities and taking the lead in positioning new opportunities that drive further services expansion
  • You have the technical background and experience to become a true trusted advisor to customers in getting value out of our data quality/governance /MDM platform.
  • You have coordinated enterprise software onboarding, adoption, customer satisfaction, or churn mitigation strategies with Professional Services, Sales and Product teams.
  • You have experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex customer relationships.
