Our Current Challenge
Ataccama Product & Engineering is at the forefront of a transformative journey, transitioning from an on-premise enterprise solution to a fully managed multi-cloud platform. We cater to Fortune 500 companies with stringent security and compliance requirements. Simultaneously, our clients expect a user-friendly, rapidly deployable collaborative data management platform that seamlessly adapts to their organizational needs.

Your role

  • Develop, apply and evolve testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts and use them for decision where it invest improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies and applies it in practice
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and implement solutions to avoid it in future
  • Mentor others (both individuals and teams) by sharing your vast experience, best practices and lessons learned from past failures
  • Proactivelly participate in the internal QA community

Is this you?

  • Strong understanding of SW testing methodologies and processes
  • Good analytical thinking to design and write effective and comprehensive test script, test plans and strategies
  • Proven experience in SW delivery within an agile environment on international projects
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, for daily communication
  • Team player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development team
  • Completed degree in computer science and at least 5 years of professional experience
  • You still enjoy being hands on - you are role model for other engineers by implementing efficient test and quality solutions

The Tech we expect

  • Our backend primarily employs the latest versions of Java and Spring Boot, with a warm welcome to Python expertise. For communication we utilize GraphQL.
  • Our products are operated in AWS and Azure, so familiarity with these ecosystems and common managed services (e.g., Aurora Serverless, managed AKS, EKS..) is essential.
  • We orchestrate our services using Kubernetes, and your comfort with Kubernetes environments, Helm charts, and related technologies is critical.
