As a Head of AI you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Ataccama's AI-powered data management solutions. You will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and execution for our AI capabilities, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our customers. Externally, you will be our voice on the global stage, evangelizing the power of AI in data management initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop a compelling product vision and strategy for Ataccama's AI solutions that aligns with our overall company goals and customer needs.
  • Market and Customer Understanding: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to understand market trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities in the AI space.
  • Product Roadmap and Prioritization: Define and prioritize a product roadmap that addresses customer needs, delivers on the product vision, and maximizes business impact.
  • Product Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the product vision.
  • Product Development: Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop and deliver high-quality AI solutions that meet customer expectations and exceed market standards.
  • Product Launch and Adoption: Drive successful product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing collateral, and leading customer onboarding and adoption efforts.
  • Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development decisions.
  • Data Quality Champion: Champion the use of AI to improve data quality within our software, enabling customers to leverage clean and consistent data for better decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI-powered products or services in the B2B/SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining.
  • Deep understanding of the data management market with desirable experience Data Quality and Data Catalog.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies, gather and prioritize product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
  • Deep understanding of the data management market, customer needs, and emerging trends in AI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious product goals.
  • Experience and comfort with public speaking and presenting at conferences and events.
