As a Senior Professional Services Project Manager, you will lead complex customer implementations of the Ataccama ONE platform, guiding Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management projects from initiation through to successful delivery. This is a newly created role on our team, giving you the opportunity to help shape how it evolves from day one. You will be the driving force behind each engagement, coordinating internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to keep delivery on track, on budget, and aligned to what was promised. • Own end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internal Ataccama teams and customer stakeholders across business, data governance, engineering, and IT functions.

  • Partner with Customer Success to identify project expansion opportunities, manage change requests and support project health conversations.

  • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and prioritization in a structured and transparent manner.

  • Contribute to the strategic development of our Project Management Office, continuously improving delivery processes by capturing lessons learned and sharing feedback within the global professional services team and other relevant teams.

  • Collaborate with Ataccama’s global partner ecosystem, including system integrators and regional delivery partners, to manage composite delivery teams and ensure consistent delivery standards.

  • Confident facilitating discussions, handling conflicting priorities, and guiding stakeholders, of all levels of seniority, toward pragmatic resolutions.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable leading cross-functional and multicultural teams.

At Ataccama, our core values are Candid & Caring, so we are upfront about our process and details that are important to you. We sometimes use AI tools to help us with things like reviewing applications, taking notes from screening conversations, scheduling interviews, or supporting assessments. These tools make the process smoother and fairer — but don’t worry, they never make the final decision. Every hiring decision is made by our Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers, with AI only acting as a helpful assistant. We believe technology should support the process, not replace the human touch. We currently use AI-assisted tools - Metaview for interview notes and Lever Talent Fit to help highlight key experience.
