Success isn't just about achieving results – it's also about vision, values, and a shared purpose. In January, we gathered in Barcelona to connect, to celebrate, and to realign on our goals for the year ahead.
The energy was electric
500 employees. 30 nationalities. 10 offices. 1 location. This was a unique company kick-off, the first time we joined forces as a global team to discuss data management, and how to push the boundaries of what’s possible. 
We recognized our L’Amazing Ataccamers
That’s what we call ourselves. (And we’re L’Amazing because the llama is such a big part of our brand.) This was also the first year we celebrated both new and past winners, Ataccamers who live and breathe our values every day.

But it wasn’t all work
There was a fair amount of play. We sampled all the wonderful things Barcelona has to offer – the parks, the museums, the nightlife. We also took part in various team-building activities, like tapas classes and mosaic lessons inspired by Gaudi.
Looking ahead
2025 promises to be a significant year for data management: The privacy laws will tighten, Cloud and hybrid data architectures will dominate, and AI-driven automation will become mainstream. If we learned anything from this year’s CKO, it’s that our people are brimming with ideas, and committed to turning those ideas into action. We’re ready to go.
