The Growth Campaign Manager is a hands-on marketer who designs, executes, and optimizes integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline across Ataccama's global enterprise accounts. You own campaign activation end to end, from brief to reporting, bringing together the right channels, audiences, and messages to generate demand and accelerate revenue.
This role is the connective tissue between strategy and execution. You take product marketing positioning and content strategy and turn it into campaigns that run cleanly across channels and regions. That means you are as strong on the operational mechanics (build, QA, workflow, attribution) as you are on the creative and strategic side.
You will work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Field Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to make sure campaign strategy translates into real business outcomes. You are equally comfortable in the data and in the detail, and you use AI tools and marketing technology to work smarter, move faster, and continuously improve performance.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to own pipeline outcomes, not just activity, and who is excited to help shape how a modern, AI-augmented growth team operates.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels, including paid media, email, and organic, to drive global enterprise pipeline.
- Translate product marketing messaging and content strategy into clear campaign architecture, defining target segments, relevant intent signals, CTAs, channel mix, and success metrics.
- Own campaign timelines, briefs, asset requirements, and approval workflows, coordinating across Content, Digital, Creative, and Field Marketing.
- Lead campaign kick-offs so every stakeholder is clear on their role, outputs, and timing.
- Develop flagship integrated campaign concepts end to end: the narrative, hero offer, and creative direction that tie a multi-channel program together, in partnership with Content and Creative.
- Own the operational build of campaigns end to end: program setup, audience and list segmentation, and QA before launch.
- Build and maintain campaign workflows, nurture journeys, and automation in HubSpot, ensuring clean handoffs into Salesforce and tight sync between systems.
- Manage lead lifecycle mechanics in partnership with Marketing Ops: the feedback loop with BDRs.
- Maintain campaign hygiene: templates, reusable assets, documentation so campaigns ship consistently and scale without rework.
- Troubleshoot execution issues.
- Own a quarterly sourced and influenced pipeline target across your campaign portfolio, forecasting contribution by program from top-of-funnel awareness through MQL generation to SQO progression into pipeline.
- Partner with Sales and BDR teams to keep lead flow tight, align campaigns to live conversations and intent signals, and maintain a feedback loop that improves conversion.
- Execute and support ABM tactics using AI workflows, identifying high-value accounts and tailoring messaging and touchpoints accordingly.
- Build intent-based marketing into campaign design: use intent and engagement signals from 6sense and other sources to prioritize accounts, time outreach, and trigger the right touch at the right moment across the funnel.
- Translate intent data into action with Sales and BDRs, surfacing in-market accounts and aligning campaign plays to where buyers are showing demand.
- Equip BDRs and AEs with campaign-tied plays, talk tracks, and outreach sequences so campaigns convert in the field, not just generate leads.
- Plan, brief, and optimize paid media across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn and others), display, retargeting, and content syndication, in partnership with channel specialists, owning agency and vendor relationships and their performance.
- Own organic and owned-channel activation: SEO-aligned content campaigns, landing pages, email, and the website conversion path.
- Run webinars and virtual events as campaign vehicles, from promotion through follow-up and lead capture.
- Coordinate with the AEO/SEO workstream so campaigns reinforce search and answer-engine visibility, not just paid reach.
- Manage syndication and third-party media placements, ensuring lead quality and clean delivery into the funnel.
- Own campaign budget allocation across channels: forecast spend-to-pipeline and make trade-off calls on where dollars drive the most efficient return.
- Partner with Product Marketing so campaign messaging reflects ICPs, buyer personas, use cases, and current market opportunity across Ataccama's product portfolio.
- Work with Field Marketing to adapt global campaign assets for regional audiences and local market needs across North America, APAC, and EMEA.
- Align with the digital team on landing pages, CRO, and on-site components to maximize conversion from paid and organic traffic.
- Build campaign themes and audience signals into Lifecycle Marketing workflows for post-lead nurture and behavior-driven journeys, mapping multi-touch touchpoints to buying stages.
- Own the campaign offer strategy: define the assets, tools, and conversion paths (assessments, ROI tools, demo journeys) and the gated/ungated approach that turns attention into pipeline.
- Track and analyze performance across the full funnel: CTR, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs.
- Review them weekly, produce insight summaries, and contribute to quarterly campaign reviews.
- Own a continuous experimentation roadmap across messaging, audience, offer, and channel, with clear hypotheses and a learning cadence that compounds, and make data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and report on spend efficiency.
- Feed learnings back to Product Marketing, Content, and the wider Growth team to keep targeting and messaging sharp.
- Use AI tools (generative platforms, AI-assisted analytics, and automation in core platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Snowflake Intelligence) to increase output, accelerate testing, and personalize at scale.
- Apply AI literacy across the role, from drafting briefs and optimizing copy to interpreting performance data and generating insights faster.
- Stay current on emerging AI applications in B2B marketing and actively bring new approaches to the team.
