We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Internal Communication Specialist, based out of our Prague office. If you have a strong background in crafting compelling internal communications, enhancing employee engagement, and cultivating a positive organizational culture, we invite you to apply. Your responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for internal channels like Slack, the intranet, blogs, videos, and other platforms
- Own the creation of content for our monthly All Hands meetings
- Drive consistency of message, brand, and quality across our internal communications
- Work with the People & Culture team and senior leaders to nurture employee engagement
- Create and own programs to improve employee happiness, satisfaction, and belonging - including supporting our Culture Ambassadors program
- Manage the monthly communication calendar
- Establish feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of our internal communication efforts
- Plan and lead internal events for our Prague office as needed
Is this you?
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in internal communications or other communications roles (internal communications preferred)
- Experience in working with employee engagement data and programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage responsibilities proactively
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization
- Big plus is a video editing experience
- Big plus is an experience using Canva or a similar design tool
