We are Ataccama, a Czech-Canadian software company developing a cutting-edge data management platform. We’ve grown from a team of 20 to 350, and we aren’t stopping anytime soon. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team and become an integral part of our growth and success. Are you in your element when it comes to the IT market? Are you ready to look for new talent even in places where no one else is looking? Then we are looking for you!

Your challenge

  • Set short-term goals and build a long-term strategy for hiring together with the HR & marketing teams. 
  • Cooperate with teams across the company (HR, marketing, engineering, management, etc...).
  • Actively search for and reach out to candidates.
  • Take care of and process candidates from various sources (job ads, referrals, agencies, etc.). 
  • Search for new hiring channels and creative ways to promote hiring.
  • Participate in recruitment events (university and other job fairs, developer conferences, meetups, community events, and more).

Is this you?

  • You have 3+ years of experience in recruitment or headhunting and know your way around the IT job market.
  • You like to meet new people and you speak both Czech and English fluently.
  • You’re able to find and use suitable hiring channels and bring us new talent, especially from the IT field.
  • You like to find new ways to hire, and can persuade unsure candidates that working at Ataccama is the right place for them.
  • You don’t need someone to give you specific tasks and assignments. You like to take initiative and find the right solution.
