We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Prague team and be a key player in our continued growth, success, and challenging fun. Are you a self-starter with HR experience, and ready to take on new projects and support your colleagues?

Your challenge

  • Recruiting - Manage the full recruitment life cycle together with company management, hiring managers, HR and marketing team.
  • Employee Onboarding / Employee Management / Offboarding - Manage the full life cycle of employees.
  • Employee Relations - Collaborate with internal partners and managers to support the attendance management program, including tracking absences and approving leave of absences (maternity / parental leave, sick days, unpaid leave, etc.).
  • HR Policies - Implement, interpret and communicate policies to both managers and employees.
  • Compensation - Support the talent team with compensation structures and communication, and input structural changes into the master comp file.
  • HR Projects - Participate in (and as necessary take the lead on) development and implementation of global and regional projects related to HR systems, procedures, talent management and acquisition, annual compensation review, and expats agenda.

Is this you?

  • You have 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or headhunting roles.
  • You are enthusiastic to learn and expand your HR knowledge.
  • You have strong business professionalism and ethics, along with an above-average creative streak.
  • You are empathetic and able to identify and understand business needs.
  • You have strong project management and organizational abilities; you are able to manage and stay on top of multiple activities and priorities.
  • You have experience with applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • You have experience hiring for technical, consulting, and sales roles, as well as hiring outside of the Czech Republic.
  • You don’t need to be micromanaged; you like to take initiative and find the right solution.
  • You are flexible and self-driven for success.
  • You’re happy to work both independently and in a team.
  • You are an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
