Join Ataccama as our Front-Office and Facility Manager and help us with all kinds of things from taking care of all our offices, getting them ready for a comeback, leading special projects, co-organizing internal events with our Marketing team, welcoming newcomers, and much more.

Your challenge

  • Take care of all our offices and communicate with building owners and suppliers.
  • Lead the office team of two receptionists and a facility specialist, distribute and prioritize tasks, plan and proactively come up with ideas and strategies. 
  • Be the face of our office and communicate with all our employees.
  • Get our office(s) ready for the comeback, in cooperation with the facility specialist reorganize/extend our Prague offices, arrange a hybrid office/workspace for colleagues working partially remotely, help us set up offices in other locations if necessary (e.g. Brno). 
  • Communicate on a daily basis with the management and team leaders to ensure the needs of their teams are met, collect their feedback, and constantly improve the way your team works. 
  • Lead special projects, be in charge of setting processes in case of nonstandard situations (e.g. making sure everyone is updated about the current measures related to Covid-19, managing Covid-19 testing, etc.)
  • Cooperate with other teams such as HR (handling the onboarding/offboarding process via Service Desk, the occupational safety and health system (BOZP), the employee manual, etc.), Finance (keeping property records, handling invoices for various office services, etc.) and Marketing (co-organization of internal events, company present delivery, etc.). 
  • Welcome our newcomers from all over the globe and provide them with an introduction to Ataccama life (information about company benefits, parking, office life, etc.)

Is this you?

  • You have proven experience from a similar role. It's a big plus if you have experience leading your own team. 
  • You’re self-driven and naturally organized, and can keep others on track, too.
  • You’re not overwhelmed by having to work on several things at once—you can prioritize tasks and keep your (and your team’s) cool.
  • You are a fluent Czech (or Slovak) speaker but you also enjoy communication in English. You're fully able to take calls or exchange emails with our colleagues from all over the world.
  • You’re a people person and team player. You like to communicate and enjoy working in an international environment.
  • You have a positive attitude, a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and you aren’t afraid to go the extra mile.
  • You know your way around MS Office and Google drive, (spreadsheets, formatting, etc.).
  • You’ve worked with some communication tools. We use mainly Slack, Zoom, and Gmail. 
  • You are ready to work full-time.
