Would you love to support a growing company on a mission to reach its unicorn goals? Ataccama is growing fast, and our CEO is adding more responsibilities onto his plate. In short, your responsibility would be to help our CEO be more productive by taking care of a variety of essential organizational and supporting tasks.

Your challenge

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar including scheduling online and in-person meetings.
  • Monitor his inbox and task lists as well as answering calls and emails.
  • Organize team meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Track expenses.
  • Prepare and format necessary documents or spreadsheets as needed.
  • Research basic information online.

  • You have previous experience and success in a similar role.
  • You’re a self-driven and naturally organized person.
  • You enjoy communicating with others.
  • You identify with the company’s ambitious vision and goals and want to be part of making them a reality.
  • You’re not overwhelmed by managing several things at once—you can prioritize tasks and keep your cool.
  • English is your first or second language and you’re comfortable communicating in using it in both written and spoken communication. Czech and/or Slovak is also helpful.
  • You are comfortable with working across multiple time zones (Europe, US, and occasionally APAC). 
  • You are a caring and empathetic person. Anticipating and thinking ahead comes naturally to you. 
  • You're confident taking calls or exchanging emails with our customers, colleagues, and partners from all over the world. 
  • You have a lot of respect for every individual as a human being. 
  • You have a positive attitude, a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and you aren’t afraid to go the extra mile.
  • You know your way around MS Office and Google Drive ( for documents, spreadsheets, slides, etc).
  • You’ve worked with some communication tools and technologies. We mainly use Slack, Zoom, and Gmail. 
  • You’re not afraid to jump in the car and take care of business if needed (and you have a group B driver’s license).
  • You are based in Prague would love to do all of this full-time 😉
