Your Challenge

  • Own, create and execute Ataccama’s global employer branding and HR marketing strategy to support and meet our ambitious hiring goals. Always find ways to do something new, interesting, and exciting to push the whole thing forward.
  • Build upon and maintain the company employer brand identity. 
  • Increase global (employer) brand awareness and externally communicate our amazing company culture.
  • Create OKRs, analyze data, and evaluate the effectiveness of all activities.
  • Report weekly to our CMO on progress, blockers, and new ideas for initiatives.
  • Oversee, strategize, manage, ensure success, and get (sometimes very) hands-on in the following areas:
  • External HR mkt: HR mkt content and PR (including our culture blog on Medium, jobs.ataccama.com, etc.), job ads, communities, hiring events
  • Internal HR mkt: internal communications, employee wellbeing, major internal events
  • Lead an HR mkt team of 4-5 people (Lead an HR mkt team of 4-5 people (HR marketing specialistinternal communications and events managersenior content writer, content writer) to accomplish strategic goals.
  • Oversee yearly budgeting for relevant activities, set up, track, and oversee partial budgets for particular activities, and communicate with the finance & back-office department. 
  • Develop the company messaging, making sure communications are consistent, authentic, fun, and on-brand.
  • Closely cooperate with other members of the marketing team, HR team (recruitment, talent, diversity & inclusion,...), and company team leads.
  • Communicate regularly and closely cooperate with colleagues from other Ataccama offices to develop initiatives that work for various markets around the globe.

Is this you?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in HR marketing/employer branding. You’re interested in topics like HR, hiring, communities, branding, events, and company culture.
  • You have experience leading a small team, ideally in a global company.
  • You thrive in a multicultural environment and enjoy daily communication in English. Beyond that, you have a good feeling for the language itself and enjoy playing around with it to come up with just the right tagline or message.
  • You enjoy having an #UnlimitedPlayground and are ready to jump in and help your team - whether it’s the small details or huge projects.
  • You like playing with words and brainstorming creative ideas with your team in person and on Zoom or Slack.
  • You have knowledge of tech communities, the market, and the audience (experience from a tech company/start-up is a big plus).
  • You have an eye for detail and a self-driven personality. You’re a natural communicator and have no trouble coming up with the right message for the right audience, whether internally or externally (to the company, to the market).
