We're on the lookout for dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Representatives to join our dynamic team and help us continue our growth. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and nurturing meaningful relationships. Your Challenge:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and generate high-quality leads through research and targeting potential clients aligned with our target audience/ideal customer profile. 
  • Utilize effective prospecting methods, including cold outreach and leveraging online tools and databases (including but not limited to 6Sense, MadKudu, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator,  SalesForce, Outreach, and Hubspot)
  • Own the inbound contacts and process them through the CRM system from various sources, including conferences, trade shows, meetings, and digital.
  • Prospect and generate high-quality leads across various industries to schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Sales Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Work closely with the GTM teams, understand and deliver account-based outbound sales plays.

  • Account Support:
  • Building and Nurturing Relationships:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with leads, clients, partners, and industry contacts through effective communication and active listening.
  • Consistently and meaningfully communicate to understand their needs and pain points.

  • Account Management:
  • Support other marketing or sales activities on an ad hoc basis, including outbounding for event attendance.
  • Support the Demand Generation team with email development, template creation, and other BD and team activities.
  • Named accounts management. 
  • Account research and data collection.

  • Program Support:
  • Attend marketing events (road shows, conferences) to build meaningful relationships and scope potential opportunities when necessary. 
  • Follow up on marketing event leads.
  • Provide support for other marketing or sales activities on an ad hoc basis.
  • Be aware and have insights on market dynamics and competitor strategies.

  • Metrics and Tracking:
  • Be aware of performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, revenue generated, and ROI on efforts.
  • Communicate performance metrics to the leadership team using reports in Hubspot.

Is this you?

  • 1+ year of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a SaaS or PaaS/technology-related field.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Initiative, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, persistence, and the ability to address objections.
  • Proficiency with a variety of Sales systems. We use Hubspot, 6Sense, MadKudu, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, SalesForce and Outreach.
  • Experience with ABM tools.
  • Nice to have: experience with Salesforce
  • Sense of humor, an open mind, and an interest in data management are a plus.
