Your mission is to drive company growth by increasing Ataccama brand recognition around the globe, generating leads, and building a strong employer brand, especially in the digital-first world.

We’re looking for an innovative and experienced marketing leader with a passion for all things data and digital. You will be responsible for defining the overall marketing strategy, and its planning and execution. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, brand and product marketing, analyst relations, partner marketing, marketing communications, social media, advertising, and public relations in addition to HR marketing and employer branding activities.

  • You love data—there’s no doubt about it. You have experience working in Data Management, Data Governance, and/or Master Data Management.
  • You have experience bringing a scale-up to an established enterprise vendor, or have done something similar to this. You have a foot in both worlds—the speed, agility, flexibility of a startup plus the authority, experience, and robustness of an established company.
  • You are a leader and an action-oriented self-starter who can set our marketing strategy and drive its execution with a "roll up your sleeves" approach.

Your challenge. Can you deliver while having fun?

  • Increase Ataccama brand awareness across markets via quality content marketing, leveraging social media, and any other channels in an increasingly noisy digital world.
  • Drive lead generation through various channels, implement a data-driven approach to decision making in marketing, implement effective attribution models to understand the performance of different channels, and optimize spending accordingly. Provide analytical insight into customer acquisition, behavior, and characteristics.
  • Review and sharpen our market position and market identity.
  • Lead our product positioning strategy using competitive information and market and product analysis, placing our products right next to other brands to highlight our competitive edge.
  • Identify the journeys of our customers and what they need at each point of the purchase lifecycle. Develop a strategy for retargeting and nurturing leads with an active, precisely targeted, and automated communication strategy.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and enforce Ataccama’s strong employer branding.
  • Maintain and develop productive analyst relations.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor teams of marketers, including Creative Design, Lead Generation, Social Media & Advertising, Web & Marketing Platforms, Content, and HR & Employee Marketing. Organize and design a high-performing marketing organization that delivers on our growth goals and a strategic marketing plan.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to communicate and advance the marketing strategy and ensure alignment across functions and with the overall business strategy.
  • Work closely with external agencies and companies.
  • Stay on top of the latest marketing trends, and drive the implementation of innovative solutions to keep us ahead of our competitors.
  • Offer ideas that challenge the status quo. Develop breakthrough campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • You’ve built successful brands for high-growth companies with global ambitions in the tech / software industries
  • Experience leading and mentoring a 20+ person marketing department with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A track record in content marketing
  • Experience implementing marketing tools, including websites, marketing automation platforms, chat bots, and analytical platforms
  • Expertise with branding, digital media, social media, creative strategy, advertising/media buying, new customer acquisition and retention, events, and research
  • Ability to work in and lead distributed, remote teams
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and your gut instinct
