Your Challenge
- Provide a Monitoring as a Service to Ataccama Engineering & Operation
- Research, Development, Maintenance, Operation 24x7 (on-call duty)
- Support the main Ataccama Products - ONE PORTAL and PAAS
- Keep all Monitoring and Alerting services operational for Engineering and Operations
- Own OpenTelemetry framework, make sure the standard is followed in all the components
- Make sure the SW is on the latest versions and new features are monitored and implemented based on our needs
- Monitor cost of the service, license fees related and ensure on-target budget spent. Cleanup inactive users if billed by seat
- Collaborate with with CloudOps and Engineering teams to understand new features, requirements
- Notify Engineering about maintenance and outages related to those services
- Create Templates for other teams to re-use so they effectively use tooling potential
- Educate others on the Monitoring stack subject
- Share the plans and roadmap QoQ with Engineering
Is this You?
- DevOPS mentality
- 5+ yrs. of experience with DevOps, Continuous Delivery
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in Monitoring tools such as DataDog, Splunk, ELK, Moogsoft, Sumo Logic, Grafana Loki and experience in Application Performance Managing /Real User Monitoring, infrastructure monitoring and log analysis tools. S/he also knows how to implement Alerting solution into SaaS App stack. Our current stack includes ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, PagerDuty. Alerts are defined aaC, deployed using the GitOps principles
