We are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our Sofia team and be a key player in our continued growth—and so much more. Join us to expand your skills and help us work better in every way, from recruiting, HR, and back office admin to travel and event planning.

Your challenge:

  • General office operation – provide support with daily administrative and office-related tasks.
  • Organize Trips - Help arrange business trips (plane tickets, hotels, visas, etc.).
  • Marketing Events - Organize internal and external marketing events in cooperation with the marketing team, coordinate and plan team buildings.
  • Special Projects – Cooperate with other Ataccama offices and provide support on special projects.
  • Confidential Information - Handle sensitive and non-routine information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Recruiting – Support the recruitment process – searching, pre-screening, organizing interviews with the managers of the teams.
  • Employee Onboarding / Employee Management / Offboarding / Employee Relations - Manage the full employee life cycle. Collaborate with internal partners and managers to support the attendance management program. Providing advice as needed.
  • HR Policies - Implement, interpret, and communicate policies to both managers and employees.
  • Benefits Coordination – Provide support for short & long-term disability, and benefit programs.

  • You are empathetic and able to identify and understand the needs of both your colleagues and the business.
  • You have strong project management and organizational abilities; you are able to manage and stay on top of multiple activities and priorities.
  • You have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • You have knowledge or experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • You don’t need to be micromanaged; you like to take initiative and find the right solution.
  • You are flexible and driven to succeed.
  • You’re happy to work both independently and in a team.
  • You are an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
