As Global Reward Manager, you’ll  work with the People & Culture team and senior business leaders to design and implement global reward policies and procedures, making sure they meet business requirements and Ataccama’s long-term business strategy.  You’ll be responsible for the total reward area globally and report directly to the VP of People and Culture. This is a great opportunity to create, design and implement a variety of new initiatives, and contribute to outcomes that will have a significant impact on the employee experience at Ataccama. The role is initially designed as an individual contributor, with the goal to build and lead a small Reward team as the company grows.


Your challenge

  • Create, develop and implement the Ataccama reward strategy to support the business objectives of attracting, retaining and engaging talent
  • Plan our overall compensation – budgeting/ forecasting, ensuring inputs to the finance team
  • Drive complex and large-scale global compensation initiatives, including benefits and equity programs
  • Keep our reward, benefits and equity programs competitive via research and benchmarking for global best practices
  • Develop recognition tools to support Ataccama’s culture and values 
  • Design and drive the Global Mobility process within the organization
  • Create training, education and communication materials to implement compensation programs and initiatives
  • Solve compensation issues and independently recommend optimal solutions in complex situations
  • Manage customer relationships with contacts from the People and Culture team, the Finance team and the overall business, and build new relationships outside the team where appropriate. Act as an SME and advisor to the People & Culture team, as needed, in all aspects of the reward subject
  • Analyze, report and communicate key reward-related metrics. Develop a dashboard to support business decisions and all related analytics
  • Lead reward-related audits and ensure external reporting obligations are fulfilled

Is this you?

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • At least 5 years of professional Total Rewards experience in a company role, where you led global total reward projects
  • Solid experience with job grading and the ability to adapt and apply standard methodologies 
  • Able to research, evaluate and prepare compensation & benefits benchmarks using the standard market data providers (HAY, Mercer, Radford, etc)
  • Solid experience with LTIPs (equity)General understanding of tax legislation in multiple jurisdictions 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) along with strong analytical and quantitative skills 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English 
  • High level of conceptual thinking and a pragmatic approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships all over the organization and the globe
