We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Internal Events & Communication Specialist, based out of our Prague office. Join us in elevating Ataccama's internal events and communications and contributing to our continued success.
Your Challenge
- Own and drive a high standard for the global program of company-wide events such as Summer BBQs, Holiday Parties etc
- Manage the logistical organisation of all-company sessions such as All Hands, Kick Offs, Management Offsites
- Own communication program for all internal Ataccama events
- Support the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team members with content creation for Slack and All Hands events
- Maintain the self-serve catalogue of venues/caterers etc to support managers in organising their team-level events
- Culture Ambassadors: own team collaboration and support for the group, including launching virtual calendar of events
- Own employee-focussed wellbeing and celebration activities such as International Women’s Day, Mental Health Month, Wellbeing days/month activities - focussed on events and ownership of communications program
- Country Managers: provide team support for engagement activities driven by this group of leaders
- Drive engagement activities such as employee birthday gifts, holiday cards and gifts
- Maintain intranet pages for employee events and internal communication activities
- Budget management for events and merchandise
Is This You?
- Minimum 5 years experience in events, with some communication experienced preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech (or Slovak)
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage responsibilities proactively
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organisation at a global scale
- Strong relationship building skills
