We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to drive hiring initiatives on a global scale. You’ll be in charge of managing our recruitment channels, creating strong relationships with candidates, and analyzing our hiring data to improve our processes and meet all our hiring goals. 

Your challenge

  • Team Leadership
  • Scale the existing global (Toronto, Prague, Sofia) talent acquisition team, plan team capacities, hire and onboard new team members. 
  • Lead and motivate the team, set team/individual goals, distribute tasks. 
  • Constantly work on the team’s learning and development. 
  • Have regular syncs with the whole team as well as 1:1s. 
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Cooperate with company management, team leaders, and managers, collect feedback, ideas, information about their hiring needs, and create long-term hiring strategies based on it. 
  • Manage/coordinate overall hiring channels (such as sourcing pipelines, job boards, agencies, referral program, hiring events, social media) in cooperation with the HR Marketing & Employer Brand team. 
  • Bring new ideas on how to attract more candidates and promote the hiring/employer brand. 
  • Candidates
  • Constantly improve the hiring process, organize training (internal/external) of your team, hiring managers/people involved in the hiring process. 
  • Actively improve communication with candidates (job postings/ads, social media, communication templates). 
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates, keep in touch with them on a regular basis, and target communication (with a focus on “senior/top-notch” candidates, newsletter, events, lunches, etc.)
  • Set up collecting feedback from candidates (both successful and unsuccessful) about their journey/experience. 
  • Budget & Reporting
  • Be responsible for the hiring budget (hiring tools, team development, activities, etc.). 
  • Establish the processes for analyzing and reporting hiring-related data. 

Is this you?

  • You have previous experience in Technical  Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. 
  • You have experience with team leadership or management, ideally within a growth-stage tech company with exposure to either an all-remote or hybrid environment.
  • You’re interested in topics like hiring, employer branding, events, communities, and company culture.
  • You thrive in a multicultural environment and enjoy daily communication in English. 
  • You have knowledge of tech communities, the (Czech/Slovak/European) IT/engineering/tech market, and the audience. 
  • Experience from a tech/software company is a big plus. 
  • You are a go-getter, self-driven and you love challenges. 
  • You’re a natural communicator and networker. 
  • You have an eye for detail and your organizational skills are superb.
