The Vice President of Growth and Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the company's growth marketing and digital marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for creating pipeline and accelerating new bookings from prospects and expanding our footprint with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build connected buyer journey campaigns and have a deep understanding of B2B and growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing including paid media, SEO and website conversion, as well as field marketing, tradeshows and company owned events and webinars.

Your challenge

  • Develop and execute the company's growth marketing, digital and field marketing strategy with primary KPIs tied to Pipeline Creation and New booking growth.
  • Manage the company's demand generation budget including determining the best mix across channels and measuring ROI by channel including impact on pipeline and bookings.
  • Lead and manage a global team including:  Paid Media, Email, Events, Regional/Field Marketing, SEO, Website, Demand Content, Customer & Partner Marketing.
  • Plan, execute and measure the demand portions of buyer journey campaigns aligned to our Target Accounts and key personas
  • Manage contact acquisitions and opt-ins for contacts mapped to target personas in our Target Account list.
  • Drive strategy for global events and field marketing mix in partnership with sales to create new qualified leads and accelerate existing pipeline to close.  Events mix to include:  Industry Tradeshows, CDO events, Webinars, Ataccama Innovate, City Roadshows and Executive hosting events for Europe, NA and ANZ.
  • Plan paid media mix and needed campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
  • Drive email marketing strategy and nurture campaigns designed to move target personas through the buyer campaign and increase conversion.
  • Own and build the company website strategy, UX and content experience measured by conversion with a focus on persona based trackers.  The website experience is primary focused on prospects and customers but also serves partners, prospective employees and media/industry audiences.
  • Create customer marketing and advocacy strategy and programs including case studies, references, customer advisory board and customer expansion marketing programs.
  • Work with the partner team to identify and executive joint demand gen programs including by not limited to joint events and webinars.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing and digital marketing trends.
  • Drive innovation and a team culture of testing new things .
  • Set the requirements and work with Revenue Operations team for requirement ops & measurement of the results and attribution of growth marketing and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports, analysis and recommendations on the performance of growth marketing and digital marketing campaigns to the CCO.

Is this You?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing and digital marketing.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company $100M ARR and above.
  • Experience leading global teams across NA, EMEA and APAC.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Experience with needed tech stack:  SFDC, LI Sales Navigator, Hubspot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Drift, Outreach.
  • Proven track record of success in creating pipeline and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across sales and other stakeholders.
