We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Commercial Sales to lead our sales efforts in North America. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in the enterprise SaaS space. As the Director of Commercial Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Ataccama's market presence, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Is this You?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in enterprise software sales, with a focus on data management solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the data management and governance landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results.
